These terms apply to your use of www.rawauraclub.com and to every order placed on it. The website is owned and operated by Rumnair International Trading Ltd. (GSTIN: 27ABIFR4259F1ZY, referred to here as "Raw Aura Club Club", "we", or "us".
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Please read the terms each time you shop with us, so you know what currently applies.
Your Account
To register, you sign in with your email ID and a password of your choice. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and confidential. Any order placed through your account will be treated as placed by you and fulfilled accordingly.
Use of Our Services
We may suspend or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. If that happens, every outstanding order will either be fulfilled or refunded in full.
We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, without giving a reason.
Pricing and Product Information
We do our best to show colours, fabrics, and prices accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations are natural in garments. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Warranty and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Raw Aura Club is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our website or the products bought from it.
We are also not liable for any delay or failure to meet our obligations under these terms when the cause is beyond our reasonable control, such as courier disruptions, natural events, strikes, or government restrictions.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
Everything on this website, including images, designs, text, logos, and graphics, belongs to Raw Aura Club and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, publish, transfer, sell, reproduce, distribute, display, or commercially use any of it without our written permission. We will take legal action against misuse.
Damaged Products
Every piece goes through a quality check before it is shipped. Damage that happens in transit is outside our control, but we will still make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, email us at contact@rawauraclub.com within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photos of the damage. We will replace it with the same piece or, if it is out of stock, a similar one or a full refund.
We are unable to accept damage claims reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
Missed Delivery
Our courier partners make three attempts to deliver your order. If it isn't collected, it is returned to us.
We can ship it again at your request for an additional charge of INR 150. For Cash on Delivery orders that come back to us, the order value and the re-shipping charge must both be paid online before we ship again.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
