Shipping Policy

Every Raw Aura order is packed by hand, checked before it leaves us, and sent out as quickly as we can manage. We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday. We don't ship on Sundays or public holidays.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, reach out and we'll look into it right away.

Customer Support Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 10 AM to 6 PM IST
  • Saturday: 10 AM to 2 PM IST
  • Sunday: Closed

Messages and emails sent on a Sunday are answered first thing on Monday.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Delivery Timeline

Most orders within India are delivered in 2 to 5 days. Metro cities are usually on the quicker end, while remote pin codes can take a little longer.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders. 
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry an extra fee of INR 200, whatever the order value

Delivery Assistance

Please enter a working phone number at checkout. Our delivery partner will call or message you on it before they arrive, and a wrong number is the most common reason a delivery gets delayed.

International Shipping

Delivery Timeline

International orders usually take 10 to 15 days to arrive. The exact time depends on the destination country and how long customs clearance takes there.

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout, based on your country and the weight of your order. You'll see the exact amount before you pay.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Our product prices and shipping charges do not include customs duties, VAT, or any other import taxes

Delivery Assistance

Please share a local contact number for the country you're ordering to, so the courier can reach you easily.

Shipping Partners

We ship with established, reliable courier companies. If your area isn't covered by them, we may send your order through India Post's Registered Parcel service instead.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package looks opened, torn, or damaged when it arrives, please don't accept it from the delivery person.

Write to us at contact@rawauraclub.com with your Order ID and a photo of the package if you can take one. We'll sort it out from there.
